This refund policy applies to qualifying Phuket Muay Thai Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) Training Programs purchased on or after September 26, 2026.
Phuket Muay Thai offers a 100% refund if your DTV visa application is officially rejected before your training program begins, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
100% REFUND UPON OFFICIAL DTV VISA REJECTION
If your Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) application is officially rejected by the Royal Thai Embassy, Royal Thai Consulate, or Thai E-Visa system before your Phuket Muay Thai training program begins, Phuket Muay Thai will refund 100% of the amount paid for your DTV Visa Training Program, subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for a refund:
- You must provide the official visa rejection notice or rejection email issued by the Royal Thai Embassy, Royal Thai Consulate, or Thai E-Visa system.
- The rejection must relate to the DTV application supported by the Phuket Muay Thai documents issued for you.
- Your refund request and official proof of rejection must be submitted to visa@phuketmuaythai.co.th within 14 days of the rejection.
- The official rejection must occur before your Phuket Muay Thai training program begins.
What does not qualify as a visa rejection
A request for additional documents, additional information, an interview, or further review is not a visa rejection.
A cancelled, withdrawn, abandoned, or incomplete visa application is not a visa rejection and does not qualify for a refund.
A change of mind or decision not to submit your DTV application does not qualify for a refund.
A rejection resulting from incorrect, false or incomplete information provided by the applicant, applicant error, applying through a Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate where the applicant is not eligible to apply, or failure to follow the application requirements does not qualify for a refund.
If the Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate issues another type of Thai visa instead of the DTV, including a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV), this is not considered a DTV rejection and does not qualify for a refund.
After a refund is issued
Once a qualifying refund request has been approved, Phuket Muay Thai will process the refund within 30 days. The time required for the refunded funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the original payment method, bank, or payment provider.
Once a refund has been issued, your Phuket Muay Thai enrollment is cancelled. All DTV supporting documents issued by Phuket Muay Thai are also cancelled and may no longer be used or verified by Phuket Muay Thai.
Additional conditions
DTV Visa Training Programs are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person.
Phuket Muay Thai reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases involving fraud, document tampering, intentional misrepresentation, or abuse of the refund policy.
