Yes. However, if you want to compete while you are here you will need to train hard, run and show us that you want it. Our trainers will monitor your training and let you know when you are able to fight. Fights must be booked 2 weeks in advance and we cannot book fights for short term stays, so please plan your stay accordingly.

Yes! Absolutely! Just because our training is world-class, doesn’t mean you have to be! As a matter of fact we specialize in working with beginners! Our trainers will teach you everything step by step. Whether you are a complete beginner or professional fighter our trainers have you covered.
If you would like to join in the run with the fighters you are welcome to. However, it is not mandatory unless you are preparing to fight. We run 8 km in the morning and 3 km in the afternoon, before training.
Warm Up- We always start by warming up. Skipping rope 10 minutes
Shadow Boxing- After stretching we will do some light Shadow Boxing to get your body fully warmed up and our trainers will work with you on your technique and evaluate your level.
Pad Work- At Phuket Muay Thai you always get 4-5 3 minute rounds on pads with the trainers. All of our trainers have unique skill sets and specialties so we switch trainers every round so you can take advantage of learning from different trainers instead of being stuck with one trainer the whole time.
Heavy Bags- 5 3 minute rounds of working on your techniques on short or long heavy bags.
Technique- Our expert trainers will teach you offensive and defensive techniques, partner drills and tricks!
Sparring/Clinching- Muay Thai or boxing sparring and clinching is done at the end of class. If you are new to sparring/clinching we will pair you with one of our trainers and they will make it a fun and enjoyable learning experience for you. If you are more experienced we will pair with someone your level.
Conditioning- Drills on the bag, push-ups, sit-ups etc.
