At Phuket Muay Thai Thailand we provide a safe, clean and enjoyable training environment with a focus on modern and proven training methods and equipment, while still providing you with authentic Thai-style Muay Thai training. Whether you are a seasoned professional or just beginning your journey into martial arts, we’ll make sure you feel right at home.

BEGINNERS

We specialize in beginners! Just because our training is world class doesn’t mean you have to be. Remember every champion started out as a beginner. We teach step by step and pride ourselves in teaching solid foundational techniques. Drilling the fundamentals is how every athlete excels in their sport! If you are a beginner we will take the time to show you every detail along the way to becoming intermediate.

INTERMEDIATE

Everyone knows that at some gyms if you are not a top fighter you just don’t get the attention you need to become one! At Phuket Muay Thai we make sure that intermediate level members get a chance to continue developing their skills and fundamentals while also giving them the challenge and push they need to reach an advanced level!

ADVANCED

At Phuket Muay Thai, we are proud of our skilled trainers who are not only champions but also experienced mentors ready to help you succeed. We have a strong lineup of professional fighters for you to train with, allowing you to test your skills and improve your techniques because training with others helps you grow. If you’re interested in competing, we can help you find suitable matchups at local stadiums for those who are committed to training for at least two weeks.

FACILITY

Our training facility is a modern, clean and newly renovated beach front open air gym with fans blowing the tropical breeze through the gym while you train. You’ll enjoy training in one of our dedicated training areas on our first floor  with a boxing ring and plenty of top quality heavy bags or our 350 sqm second floor training area with 12 top quality heavy bags. Our beautiful location right on the beach in Rawai will give you an amazing and memorable ocean view while you train! We have a dedicated strength and conditioning area with everything needed from the smith machine, kettlebells, free-weights, dumbbells, dip station and weight machine. We also have everything needed for recovery including sauna and ice bath!
